Tips for best results with your pasta attachment for WunderCentix
- Perfect dough consistency: Make sure the dough is not too sticky and not too dry. Add a little water or flour if necessary.
- Prepare the doughRoll out the dough evenly before inserting it into the roller and work from the thickest to the thinnest setting.
- Dry pasta properly: After cutting, place the pasta on a cloth or pasta stand to prevent it from sticking. This keeps it fluffy and airy when cooking. Fresh pasta can be stored in an airtight, dry, cool and dark place and should be used within 3 days.
- CleaningOnly remove dough residues with the brush provided and avoid water for a long shelf life.
- Note cooking timeSpaghetti needs 1-2 minutes, fettuccine about 2 minutes, ravioli 5-7 minutes.
