Take a spatula and push the chopped food back towards the bottom of the pot.
However, as conventional spatulas are narrow in shape, it takes many individual strokes until the desired result is achieved and the recipe can be continued.

The Rochen from Wundermix has been specially developed for optimum adaptation to the conical mixing bowl. 
Its curved wings are flexible and grip all the ingredients even at the narrowest point of the mixing bowl. 
The notch on the Rochen serves as a secure guide when stroking along the vertical struts on the inside of the mixing bowl.
