Which payment methods are offered?
The following payment methods are offered in our online store:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express)
- PayPal (Customer account required)
- ShopPay
- Prepayment by bank transfer
The specified payment methods may vary depending on the respective country of delivery and end device. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to other payment methods.
When will the customer's account be debited when paying by PayPal or credit card?
When paying by PayPal, MasterCard, VISA or American Express, the amount is debited automatically and without delay.
Before accepting the seller's declaration of assignment, PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal carries out a credit check using the transmitted customer data.
When is the payment due if the payment method prepayment has been selected?
The invoice is due immediately and without deduction after it has been issued. If payment is not received by us within 14 calendar days of sending the order confirmation despite the due date, even after another reminder, we will withdraw from the contract. The order is then completed for both parties without further consequences and the goods will not be dispatched. A reservation of items for advance payments is therefore made for a maximum of 14 calendar days.
