Payment methods
The following payment methods are offered in our online shop:
- PayPal ( customer account required)
- credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express)
- Prepayment by bank transfer
For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
When will the buyer's account be charged when paying via PayPal or credit card?
When paying via PayPal, MasterCard, VISA or American Express, the debit is made automatically and without delay.
Before accepting the seller's declaration of assignment, PayPal or the payment service provider commissioned by PayPal will carry out a credit check using the customer data transmitted.
The invoice is due immediately after it is created and without deduction. The invoice will be issued when the goods are dispatched and sent by email.
When is the payment due if the payment method prepayment was chosen?
If, when choosing the payment method in advance, the payment is not received within 14 calendar days of sending the order confirmation, even after a further reminder, we will withdraw from the contract. The order is then completed for both parties without further consequences and the goods will not be dispatched. Articles are therefore reserved for a maximum of 14 calendar days when paying in advance.
