Dough ball box for perfect pizza dough

To make the pizza really light and airy, the portioned dough pieces need to rest for a while before being spread out and topped.
This step is also called “piece fermentation”.
This allows the dough to relax, spread out easily and form an even, crispy edge when baked.
Of course, the dough pieces need enough space to rest and a protected atmosphere that prevents the surface from drying out.
A dough ball box meets exactly these requirements and ensures perfect conditions during the rising time.
