The mixle spaetzle attachment expands the functionality of your food processor to include a spaetzle grater! This small and handy kitchen helper enables you to make the ever-popular spaetzle in no time at all with your Thermomix TM6, TM5 or TM31.

Uncomplicated operation
The mixle spaetzle attachment is inserted into the lid recess of the mixing bowl. The dough container, which is open at the top, allows for easy and clean filling of the dough. If you remove the silicone ring before filling, you can use the funnel to fill it. This makes filling the dough into the mixle even easier. As soon as the spaetzle dough is filled into the dough container, the mixle is manually turned clockwise for about a minute. The rotating movement transports the dough through the bottom part with holes into the mixing bowl. Now let it cook briefly and the delicious spaetzle, which are the perfect accompaniment to many dishes, are ready.

Safe and well thought out
The silicone ring that surrounds the hole part prevents the mixle spaetzle attachment from slipping when inserted into the mixing bowl lid. This automatic adhesion means that the rotational movement for making the spaetzle can be carried out easily and without slipping. In addition, the silicone ring reduces the risk of burns when removing the hole part from the mixing bowl lid.

Hygienic through and through
To make cleaning easier, the mixle spaetzle attachment was designed so that it can be completely dismantled and the materials used are also dishwasher safe. This means that not only handling but also cleaning is extremely easy.

The spaetzle attachment is designed for 200 grams of flour and 2 eggs. This amount is also the capacity limit of the mixing bowl. However, it is possible to cook several batches with hardly any loss of time. One batch takes about 7 minutes.
