In the past, creativity was needed when keeping cooked ingredients warm in the Varoma container and cooking insert while the sauce was still simmering in the Thermomix. Dish towels only kept warm for a short time, and in a heated oven, fully cooked ingredients such as fish could dry out. Thanks to the world's first MiPla® heat-retaining hood, keeping food warm is no longer a problem.
The hood is made of premium fabrics processed using the sandwich method - handmade in Germany. This means that the warming hood keeps the heat inside, while it does not allow the cold from outside to penetrate. And the best thing about the warming hood is that the complete Varoma fits under it. By the way, not only those, but also roasters or roman pots can find a place under the hood. So the ingredients are not further cooked by the heat from the stove or oven.
After use, the hood is simply folded to store it in a space-saving way. Beforehand, it can be washed with lukewarm water if necessary, as the inner fabric is water-repellent and washable.
The MiPla® Keep Warm Hood M fits over the Varoma container of the Thermomix models TM6, TM5 as well as TM31. If you need a separate cover for the cooking basket, please order the S heat-retaining cover in addition to the M heat-retaining cover.
