Ingredients for 1 tray

Dough:

  • 350 g flour
  • 3/4 cube yeast
  • 120 ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Salt

Surface:

  • 1.4 kg plums, halved


Sprinkles:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 180g butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

And this is how it works

Put yeast, sugar and milk in the mixing bowl
Start the food processor: Mix in a mixing bowl for 2 minutes / 37 degrees / speed 1
Add flour, egg, butter and salt
Start the food processor: 3 min. / kneading level
Transfer dough to bowl, cover and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour
For the crumble, put all ingredients in a mixing bowl

Start the food processor: Mix for 6 seconds / speed 5
Then mix again for 10 seconds / speed 4

Preheat oven to 190 degrees top and bottom heat
Place the dough on a floured baking tray, roll it out and pull up an edge
Cover the dough with plums, spread the crumbles on top and bake for 30-35 minutes

Dough sticks in the mixing bowl: tips and tricks

When kneading dough in the Thermomix, dough often stubbornly sticks to the mixing bowl. These residues can be easily removed with the dough remover .

If something still sticks, a simple trick helps: Fill the mixing bowl with a handful of flour and set the Thermomix to level 10 for a few seconds. This will reliably remove the remaining dough from the mixing blade.
