Leaf spinach salad recipe
Ingredients
- 500g fresh leaf spinach
- 3 – 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- ½ apple
- Feta cheese
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 40g olive oil
- A splash of lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Place the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl, insert the miximizer and chop for 10 seconds at level 8
- Push the mixture down with the ray
- Add 40g olive oil
- Allow to steam for 2 minutes/100°C/speed 1
- Add first handful of spinach leaves
- Place the lid on the mixing bowl without the measuring cup
- Steam 15 minutes / 100°C / left-hand rotation, level 1
- As soon as the first batch of spinach leaves has shrunk a little, gradually add more spinach leaves through the lid
- In the meantime, chop the apple, feta and cherry tomatoes into small pieces
- When the 500g spinach leaves have been sautéed, put everything in a bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir everything together and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon
