Cook pasta in the Thermomix made easy!
Cook pasta in the Thermomix is super easy! Conveniently, the mixing bowl fits exactly one packet of pasta (500 g), which can easily be cooked al dente in a single pass. The temperature can be set precisely to the perfect 98 degrees and the required time simply needs to be transferred from the packet to the display. To ensure that draining the pasta water is just as efficient and convenient, we have developed theWunderWave developed the pouring sieve. With WunderWave there is no need for an additional pasta strainer, which is bulky and takes up a lot of space in the dishwasher. If required, simply rinse with cold water through the refill opening and process as required. Our practical pasta strainer is also ideal for cooked rice or lentils.Thermomix your ideal helper, because thanks to its precise shape, it fits snugly intoWunderWave perfectly to the mixing bowl and allows even the smallest ingredients such as rice or lentils to be drained.

It is also suitable for washing fruit and vegetables directly in the mixing bowl. WunderWave is also ideal. Simply aim the water jet from the tap at the food through the refill opening. Even after peeling your potatoes in the mixing bowl with an automatic potato peeler, all peel residue can be easily removed with WunderWave without having to decant the potatoes - it couldn't be easier!
You can even pour boiled eggs with WunderWave . Rinse briefly with cold water through the refill opening and serve!
You have a delicious lemonade made from fresh lemons with the Thermomix mixed? Simply add WunderWave into glasses and all the seeds and lemon peel will remain in the blender jug.
Why is WunderWave more practical than a conventional kitchen sieve?
Pasta with WunderWave offers many advantages compared to straining in a conventional colander. Not only that WunderWave the small space requirement of a plate means that it can be cleaned in the dishwasher to save space. Draining with WunderWave is also extremely hygienic, as the pasta never comes into direct contact with the sink. As the pasta does not need to be decanted and remains in the hot mixing bowl until it is served, the pasta does not cool down so quickly.
How does the WunderWave colander work?
WunderWave is practical, slim and very easy to use. When the pasta or other food is cooked, simply remove the mixing bowl from the bowl.Thermomix mixing bowl, remove the lid and WunderWave to the spout lip of the mixing bowl. If you now grasp the mixing bowl and press the pasta sieve against the mixing bowl handle with your thumb, the pasta is ready. WunderWave is securely fixed. Now simply turn the mixing bowl over and wait until no more liquid drips out. Please be careful when handling hot steam and protect your hand with an oven glove if necessary.
