When I think of Scandinavian cuisine, I always think of those little Swedish meatballs - Köttbullar. However, the cuisine of the North is far too often reduced to that. It combines the national cuisines of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, and brings with it a corresponding variety of aromas, dishes and tastes.
