"Fix gemixt - leicht & lecker" contains a wide variety of Thermomix® recipes for the whole day. The book is particularly suitable for Thermomix® users who like to prepare healthy breakfast recipes, fresh salads or delicious snacks in addition to main courses. On 100 pages you will find more than 60 simple and quick recipes. No ready-made products are used and I like to use herbs and spices (and no glutamate or additives) for seasoning.

There are some recipes with meat and fish in the book. However, a vegetarian conversion is very easy. For example, you can replace grilled salmon with grilled cheese or leave out the tuna in salads, for example.

These are new and unpublished recipes that cannot be found on the blog (and will not be published).
