What could be nicer than dishwasher-safe kitchen utensils? Simply put everything in the machine after baking or cooking and the kitchen looks just as it did before. What is not so practical, however, are kitchen utensils which, due to their shape, do not seem to have been made for the dishwasher baskets - for example, the knife of the Thermomix. It is too big for the cutlery basket and the knives can slip through the grids in the dishwasher basket and get caught in the spray arm. This is annoying!

That's why we have WunderWash disc. The mixing blade is simply inserted into the disc and this is then placed between the rinsing rods for the plates.

The WunderWash disc is not only there to ensure that the mixing knife has a fixed place in the dishwasher. Because it is inserted horizontally into the disc, it can be cleaned particularly thoroughly. The water gets perfectly between the blade and the sealing rings and simply rinses out dough, sauce and the like.

Good to know: You often hear that the blender jug should not be cleaned in the dishwasher as the blades could otherwise become blunt.
Unlike conventional knives, the blades of the mixing knife are not sharp even when new.
The food is only chopped with the help of high force and enormous speed and not cut by sharpness, as is often wrongly assumed.
True to the motto: "What is already blunt cannot become blunt", the blending blade can therefore be cleaned in the dishwasher with a clear conscience without impairing the function or longevity of the blades.

That all accessories of the Thermomix are suitable for the dishwasher makes using the food processor even more convenient. However, while there is no problem finding a place for most accessories in the dishwasher, there are still some puzzling questions. Thermomix-owners puzzle over where to store the bulky mixing bowl lid and how to clean it properly.

The lid is too wide to be placed between the washing rods for plates and lying in the upper compartment for glasses wastes a lot of space for cleaning the lid. As a result, the accessory, which is unwelcome during cleaning, is simply squeezed in wherever there is space, but this damages the sensitive silicone seal in the long term, often leads to rinsing water collecting in the lid after the rinsing process and generally does not ensure thorough cleaning.

Thanks to WunderWash, the lid holder for the dishwasher, the mixing bowl lid can now also be cleaned in a space-saving, convenient and thorough manner.

Application
Put the WunderWash into the dishwasher rails of the bottom rack. Depending on the distance between the dishwasher rails, use the two outer, the two inner or one outer and one inner locking slot in the dishwasher. WunderWash lid holder. The rows of bars in the lower basket of your dishwasher have different distances and dimensions. Therefore, simply test in which row the WunderWash lid holder fits best. Ideally WunderWash is slightly fixed by the rinsing rods so that it has a firm fit.

Now insert the handle of the dirty mixing bowl lid into the lid slot located in the center of the mixing bowl. WunderWash lid holder and start the rinsing process.

Tip: If you have several mixing bowls, it is best to order one for each existing lid. WunderWash at a special price.
