WUNDERMIX ACCESSORIES USED
Grease baking tins properly
Do you know the problem when your cake sticks to the pan and breaks? Especially with fancy and detailed molds, greasing them evenly with oil and a brush quickly becomes a test of patience. With our baking release spray, this problem is a thing of the past. A quick spray is all it takes to spread an even layer of grease so that cakes, muffins, waffles and more come out of the tin effortlessly. The spray is versatile and guarantees optimum greasing of all baking tins. |
Bake cakes in the Varoma?
Yes, that is a clear recommendation! The gentle steam preparation ensures that your creations are exceptionally juicy.
Set your Thermomix to the Varoma level and place your baking tins in the Varoma container. The Wundermix baking tins are particularly suitable, such as the Gugelix or the WunderCups. However, you can also use any other baking dish that fits into the cooking attachment of the Thermomix fits.
If your baking tin does not have a cover, we recommend covering it with cling film. This will prevent too much moisture from penetrating the dough.
