When the delicious fruit ripens on trees and bushes over the course of the summer, then it's time to eat. MixFino your ideal helper for processing the annual harvest. Almost everything the garden produces during the season is processed with MixFino effortlessly into fresh fruit juices. The peel, pips, seeds and stalks do not even have to be removed, as is the case with centrifugal juicers. 

Steam juicing with MixFino is fun, simple, effective and guaranteed to succeed.

MixFino The Varoma is simply placed on the mixing bowl lid, a collecting container is provided, the Varoma is filled with up to 2 kg of any fruit and the juicing process can begin by steaming the fruit. Steam is created in the mixing bowl, rises into the Varoma and causes the fruit cells to burst, releasing their delicious juice. 
The juice extracted flows through the Varoma base and is then pressed in the MixFino collected. Here, the juice can flow out through the connected tube and collect in a separate container. The fresh juice can now either be drunk directly or processed into refined delicacies such as fruit jelly, liqueurs, cocktails and much more.

 How does steam juicing work with Thermomix and MixFino?

- Fill the mixing bowl with 2000g water and close with the lid without the measuring beaker.
• MixFino Place the mixing bowl on the lid, connect the enclosed silicone tube and insert into a separate, heat-resistant container. When the juice outlet is at the bottom of MixFino it is fitted the right way round.
- Fill the Varoma with up to 2 kg of fruit or vegetables, set to MixFino and close with the lid.
- Depending on the type of fruit and quantity, juice for up to 60 minutes / Varoma / level 1.
- Stop the cooking process as soon as no more juice comes out of the tube.
- Either enjoy the cooled juice straight away or process it further afterwards.

 Rule of thumb: Soft fruit is usually completely juiced after 30-40 minutes, while harder types of fruit can take up to 60 minutes.
