Einfache und gesunde Smoothie-Rezepte - Wundermix GmbH

 

Smoothies - as a healthy breakfast or delicious fruity snack - are super quick to prepare and make it easier for us to keep our New Year's resolutions. The "smooth" blended drinks consist mainly of fresh fruit and vegetables and provide us with lots of good vitamins, energy and nutrients.

Quickly prepared vitamin bombs.

We have already tried 3 fruity variations for you. Simple, quick and delicious - give them a try!

Ingredients: Apple-orange-banana smoothie

  • 180g apples
  • 100g banana
  • 2 oranges (juice)
  • 1 blood orange (juice)
  • 80ml almond milk

Ingredients: Exotic coconut fruit cup

  • 1 banana
  • 1 bunch of coriander greens
  • 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries or other fruit of your choice
  • 250 g coconut milk

Ingredients: Minzinger pineapple drink

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 stalks of mint
  • 1 small hand of coriander leaves

Smoothie trio.

To prepare the smoothies, simply put all the ingredients into the blender jug and blend at speed 10 for 1:30 minutes.

Tip from the Wundermix team:

To remove the delicious smoothies completely from the blender jug, use our flexi spatula which, with its large silicone surface, allows the creamy fruit drink to glide easily into the glass.
