Recipe apple juice and apple sauce
Ingredients
- 10 large apples

- Simsafix
- Varoma
Preparation
- Quarter the apple and place in the Varoma
- Add 1000g water to the mixing bowl
- Simsafix insert
- Put the lid on the mixing bowl and place the Varoma on top
- Set 50 min / VAROMA / level 1
- After 50 minutes, remove the finished juice from the Simsafix into a carafe or bottle
- Can be enjoyed warm or cold
ADDITION
What do we actually do with the remaining apple from the Varoma? Exactly, applesauce!
- Put the leftover apples into the mixing bowl
- Season with cinnamon and sugar
- Chop for 15 seconds/speed setting 8
The applesauce is then ready to eat. If necessary, you can sieve it.
