Vanilla bread - Baked in a wooden baking frame
Today we have a delicious sweet bread for you! Baked in one of our wooden baking frames.

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup of cream
- 50 g butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead for 4 minutes/bread setting. Place in a bowl brushed with oil, cover and leave to rise for at least 40 minutes. Prepare a pizza stone or a baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease the inside of the baking frame and pour in the dough. Leave to rise for another 10 mins. Then bake on the middle shelf for approx. 40-50 min./ 180°C O/U.
Note: Raisins, chocolate drops and sugar or poppy seeds on top also go well with this.
