Tomato and noodle soup
Today we had a lasagna soup slightly modified from the book "
Our favorite recipes - Manu and Joёlle Herzfeld"
but SUPER DELICIOUS
Cooked in the CrockPot 8in1 and Thermomix.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 tube of seasoned tomato paste
- 400 g beef stock
- 400 g water
- 1 geh. teaspoon vegetable stock
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 400 g strained tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 400 g mixed mince
- 250-300 g spiral noodles
- 30 g red wine
- salt & pepper
- 200 g cream fraiche
- Parmesam to taste
APPLICATION:
Place the onion and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Use the spatula to push everything down from the edge and repeat the process. In the meantime, put the mince into the crockpot and fry at 160°C until hot. Add the oil and tomato purée and fry for 2 minutes at 100°C. Add the beef stock, water, vegetable stock powder, tinned tomatoes, tomato purée, oregano, thyme, rosemary, chilli flakes and parsley to the crockpot and cook for 10 minutes at 80-90°C. Add the mince, lasagne and red wine to the CrockPot, simmer for 15 minutes at 90°C (test with the pasta) and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with crème fralche and parmesan.
