Today we have strawberries for dessert as our #recipe of the week!

Ingredients:
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 tbsp fine olive oil (extra virgin)
- 600 g strawberries
- 1 untreated lime
- 40 g sugar
Ingredients:
Wash and dry the lime, finely pulverize the peel in the blender jug for 30 seconds/speed setting 10 and decant. Add the sugar to the pulverized lime zest and mix briefly for 10 seconds/speed setting 10. Slit the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and put into the mixing bowl with the olive oil, add the finely chopped vanilla pod and heat for 3 minutes/50 °C/speed setting 2. Set aside and leave the oil and vanilla to infuse for a while. Wash the strawberries, drain well and remove the stalks. Divide the fruit between four dessert plates. Sprinkle lime sugar over the strawberries. Drizzle a few dashes of freshly squeezed lime juice over them. Finally, add the vanilla oil.
