Elderberry liqueur

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 portions of elderberry juice (á 375 ml)
- 650 g sugar
- 10 P. vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of rum, 40%
- 1 bottle of brandy
- 10 drops of bitter almond oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the elderberry juice, sugar and vanilla sugar into the TM and heat for 10 minutes/90°C/speed setting 2 until the sugar has dissolved. Add the rum, brandy and bitter almond oil, stir briefly on speed 3 and then pour into bottles.
Leave the finished liqueur to infuse in a cool, dark place for a few days.
