Today we have a #Thermomix® #recipe from Greek cuisine. The Greeks don't just cook Mediterranean food, they also cook hearty food.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 kg minced meat mixed
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 tbsp pamier flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the parsley, halved onions and garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 30 seconds/speed setting 5. Add the oil and sauté for 3 min./100 °C/speed setting 1.

Roughly chop the carrots and add to the onion mixture for 5 seconds/speed setting 7. Then halve the quantity.

Then mix one half in the blender jug with 500 g mince, 100 g crumbled feta cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and paprika for 10 seconds/speed setting 8 and transfer to a loaf tin.

Put the other half of the onion mixture into the mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 8. Pour the second half of the mixture into the loaf tin and bake at 200 °C for approx. 1 hour.
