Cannelloni with wild garlic and nettle filling
Today we are serving delicious filled cannelloni.
Quickly made with the #Thermomix®
We have opted for a filling with wild garlic & nettles.
If you like, simply use a different filling. (minced meat, vegetables, mushrooms).

Filling
- 200 g cannelloni rolls dry
- 100 g cheese
- 600 g low-fat quark
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp liquid butter
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1-2 tbsp fresh herbs wild garlic/ nettle
- salt
- pepper
Sauce
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 300 ml milk
- 1-2 tbsp wholemeal flour
- salt
- pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the cheese for 45 seconds/speed setting 10 and decant. Chop the halved onion and herbs for 4 seconds/speed setting 5 and decant.
Rinse the mixing bowl.
Using a piping bag, pipe the mixture into the cannelloni rolls.
For the sauce, sauté the halved onion for 4 seconds/speed setting 5, add the oil and sauté for 3 minutes/100 °C/speed setting 2.
Add the stock, milk and flour and cook for 8 min./100 °C/speed setting 3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour half of the sauce into an ovenproof dish, place the cannelloni inside and cover with the rest of the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Note: Serve with tomato sauce.
