If you want a simple bread with just a few ingredients, you are welcome to try the #recipe for our buttermilk bread.
Put all the ingredients in the #Thermomix® knead and that's almost it. This bread can be modified with 1-2 other ingredients so that you can conjure up a great barbecue side dish, for example.

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g wheat type 1050
- 200 g sour milk or buttermilk
- 200 g lukewarm water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in the Thermomix® and knead for 4 minutes If the dough is still too runny, add another 50g flour. When it has risen nicely, pour into a loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes at 240°C and then for a further 35 minutes at 200°C
Pour the dough into a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Then knead the dough a little, shape and bake in a roasting tin (or another baking tin) at xxx° for approx. xx minutes.
RECIPE NOTES
If you want a Mediterranean touch, you can add chopped olives and dried tomatoes.
