Banana-Blueberry-Yogurt-Smoothie
In the heat today a fruit smoothie #recipe for the #Thermomix® fancy?
This smoothie is not only incredibly tasty, it also contains lots of iron, calcium, potassium & magnesium.
And it also has an amazing color!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 sliced banana, cold
- 200 g blueberries frozen or fresh
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 100 g cold water or milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the banana, cut into slices and place in the freezer for a few minutes.
Prepare all the other ingredients.
Weigh all the ingredients into the blender jug and blend for 30 seconds/speed setting 10.
Pour the smoothie into two large glasses and enjoy or chill in the fridge.
