Tips for the best results with the pastry extension for the mincer for WunderCentix

• Lightly oil: Apply a thin layer of food-safe oil to the inside of the mincer with a pastry brush to prevent the dough from sticking. 
• Work with flour: Sprinkle some dry flour into the opening to help the dough pass smoothly through the attachment. Only use a small amount so as not to affect the quality of the dough.
• Chilled dough is better: Leave sticky dough to rest in the fridge - this makes it firmer and easier to work with. 
• Fill in portions: Put the dough into the mincer in small quantities to ensure even processing. 
• Post-processing made easy: Push a small piece of dough or bread through to remove any residue before cleaning.
