Sometimes all you need is a few fresh ingredients to create an incredibly delicious dish. This salad with a creamy herb and yogurt dressing is not only healthy, but also a real explosion of flavor. The combination of juicy green apples, sweet beetroot, spicy feta and crunchy walnuts makes this salad a special treat. With the WunderCentix vegetable cutter attachment, preparation is very quick, so you have more time to enjoy the salad.

And this is how it works
Prepare the dough

Prepare the pasta dough according to the basic recipe.
Then roll out the dough several times using the pasta roller on the WunderCentix pasta attachment until level 2 is reached. Halve the dough and run it through the roller again.
Prepare the filling

Put the spinach in the mixing bowl.
Start the food processor: mix for 20 seconds / level 5.
Add the ricotta, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Start the food processor: mix for 20 seconds / level 3.
Forming ravioli

Lay out the rolled out dough. Place 1 teaspoon of the ricotta and spinach filling on the top half of the dough at 2 cm intervals.
Fold the dough lengthways and cut into squares or semicircles using a pizza roller or ravioli roller.
Cooking ravioli

Heat the ravioli in the mixing bowl with WunderCap at 95 °C for 6 minutes. Then carefully remove and mix with a little olive oil.
Prepare the sauce

Put the onion in the mixing bowl. Start the food processor: chop for 10 seconds / level 5.
Add the butter, sage and walnuts.
Start the food processor: heat for 8 minutes / 80 °C / level 2.5 until the onions are sautéed and the butter has melted
