Today we have a delicious Varoma omelette for you. The practical thing about an omelette is that it is wonderfully variable. In the end, you can make whatever you want. Apart from the eggs, of course. Those are already somehow a duty with an omelette, aren't they? ;)
This time we decided on an Italian version with artichokes, olives, mozzarella and salami. Looks almost like pizza, doesn't it? The preparation is simple and you don' need oil because of the cooking in Varoma.
Ingredients
• 75 g cream cheese
• 4 eggs, size M
• 30 ml milk
• salt and pepper
• 100 g Mozzarella
• 4-5 slices salami
• 4 to 6 artichokes from the glass
• Olives, quantity to taste, halved
• a few sprigs of thyme
Preparation
1. First place the cream cheese in the mixing bowl and crush for 3 seconds at level 8. Then add the eggs, milk and spices and mix for 15 seconds at level 10.
2. Now line the flat Varoma insert with ThermiGar cooking paper and carefully pour in the egg mass. Spread the olives, mozzarella, salami, artichokes and thyme leaves over the egg mixture. Then rinse out the mixing bowl briefly, fill with 500ml water and add the Varoma. Then cook the omelette for 20 minutes at Varoma level 1.
The delicious Italian omelette is ready. :)
