Squeeze out the gelatine well, add it to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute/speed setting 3. Then decant the cream and leave to cool slightly.
- Insert the mixer attachment into the cleaned mixing bowl and whip 300 g of cream until stiff. Then gently fold the cream into the vanilla cream using the spatula. Divide the filling between the four bases, put the lids on and place the cake in the fridge.
