Red cabbage or red cabbage?
Have you ever wondered why red cabbage is sometimes called "red cabbage"? The secret lies in the pH value: while red cabbage retains its red color due to vinegar and acidity, it turns blue in alkaline environments. No matter what you call it, this Thermomix recipe is the perfect side dish for your festive menu! |
