Homemade minced meat: beef and pork
The usual mixture for minced meat usually consists of beef and pork, although the ratio of beef to pork can vary depending on the recipe. For a juicy, aromatic result, often 70 % beef and 30 % pork is often used. The pork provides more fat content and juiciness, while the beef provides the strong flavor. Preparation is simple: Cut the meat into small pieces and put through a mincer, e.g. with the WunderCentix meat mincer set. Spices such as salt, pepper, onions or herbs can be added for individual flavors. This creates perfectly seasoned, fresh minced meat for all your dishes! |
