What is the shelf life of homemade oat cookies?
Homemade oat cookies are not only delicious, they also keep for a long time. They stay fresh for up to two weeks in an airtight tin or jar. It is important that you allow the cookies to cool completely after baking before storing them so that they remain crispy and do not become soft. If you want to keep the oat cookies for longer, you can also freeze them - they will keep for up to three months and taste just like freshly baked once defrosted!
