Steamed cod with parmesan

INGREDIENTS
- 160 g cod
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- 2 tbsp cream substitute
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 peppers
- 2 potatoes, medium size
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle the fish fillet with a little lemon juice and leave to stand briefly. Line the Varoma® with greaseproof paper.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and place in the Varoma®. Chop the peppers for 3 seconds/speed setting 6-7 and spread over the fish.
Pour 1 liter of water into the mixing bowl and place the potatoes in the cooking basket.
Now cook everything for 25 min./Varoma®/speed setting 2 and then keep warm.
Add the Parmesan to the cooking stock, stir briefly and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
