Spice mix to conjure up a delicious sauce for pasta in no time at all. Simply mix 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture with a packet of tomato purée and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, bring to the boil briefly and the sauce is ready.

- 50 g dried tomatoes
- tsp black peppercorns
- 30 g coarse sea salt
- 10 g celery salt
- tbsp basil, dried
- tbsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- tbsp onions, freeze-dried
- 2 tsp parsley, sweet
- 1 tbsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the dried tomatoes in the blender jug, 25 sec/speed setting 9. Add the remaining ingredients, 25 sec/speed setting 9. Store in an airtight container for several months.
