Today we have a delicious, healthy smoothie bowl for you for a great start to the day!
If you have a spare avocado, make a smoothie bowl out of it.
Combined with banana and spinach, it makes a filling breakfast.
And because that's not enough, top with kiwi, banana and coconut chips.
You can't get any greener than this.
Ingredients for 1 portion of smoothie:
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 250 ml milk
Plus topping
- Kiwi
- Coconut chips
- Banana
Preparation:
Peel and dice the avocado, place in a blender jug with the remaining ingredients and blend for 20 seconds/speed setting 7 to make a smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with kiwi, coconut chips and banana.
