Serbian rice meat

Today we have a great hearty dish with rice and meat for you as #recipe of the week.

 

With the #Thermomix® quickly made & absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of cheese (of your choice)
  • some parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g chicken (turkey or pork)
  • 10 g oil
  • 100 g bacon or diced ham
  • 50 g tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • curry
  • chili
  • Pepper
  • 800 g water
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 100 g defrosted peas
  • 100 g corn

Preparation:

Chop the cheese and parsley in the blender jug for 5 seconds/speed setting 6 and decant. Chop the onion and garlic for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Put the diced meat into the mixing bowl with the oil and cook for 5 min/90°C/LL/speed setting 1. Add the bacon or ham cubes with the tomato purée, paprika and vegetable stock. Season with curry, chili and pepper to taste. Now pour in the water and rice and cook for 15 min./100°C/LL/speed setting 1. Now dice the peppers and add to the mixing bowl with the defrosted peas and sweetcorn and cook for a further 5 min/90°C/LL/speed setting 1.
