Schnitzel rolls “sweet and sour” Varoma® dish!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 liter of water,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 250 g basmati rice,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 yellow pepper,
  • 4 pork schnitzels (turkey and chicken also work),
  • Salt pepper,
  • 4 tbsp peanut cream,
  • 2 tbsp safflower oil, (grated)
  • 50g peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1 class Can of peeled tomatoes (400g),
  • 100g water,
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste,
  • 2 tbsp vinegar,
  • 6 tbsp orange juice,
  • 3 tbsp sugar,
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce,
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth,
  • 20g flour

APPLICATION:

Add water and salt to the mixing bowl and insert the cooking basket . Weigh the rice into the cooking basket and rinse briefly on Turbo. Close the mixing bowl and put the Varoma® on. Clean, wash and dice the peppers and place them in the Varoma ® . Close the Varoma ® and cook for 30 minutes/Varoma ®/level 1 .
In the meantime, wash the schnitzels, pat dry, pound thinly, season with salt and pepper and spread with peanut cream.
Roll up the schnitzels and secure them with roulade needles and place them in the Varoma ® with the peppers.
Then keep warm.
Keep the peppers warm in a bowl and add the peanuts. Keep the rice warm in another bowl and remove the cooking water. Place the peeled tomatoes with juice in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5 . Then add water, tomato paste, vinegar, orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, vegetable stock and flour and cook for 6 minutes/100°C/speed 2 . Puree the sauce on level 9 for the last 15 seconds. Pour the sauce over the peppers & peanuts. Serve the schnitzel rolls with the rice and vegetables in sweet and sour sauce.
