Today another great bread from our new bread baking book “Landfrauen Bread Dreams with the TM® and TPC”.
Kind regards, your #Landhaus team.
Servings 1 bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 onions
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 30 g yeast, fresh
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 500 ml warm water
- 500 g wheat flour, type 550
- 500 g wheat flour, type 405
- 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the onions, quarter them and chop them in the mixing bowl for 5 seconds/speed setting 6, pushing them down with the spatula. Crumble the sheep's cheese and add it with 3 tablespoons of warm water and stir for 30 seconds/speed 3 until smooth, pour over. Place yeast, sugar and 100 ml water in the mixing bowl and heat 2 min/37 °C/speed 2. Add the remaining ingredients and the sheep's cheese mixture, stir briefly with the spatula so that water gets into the flour everywhere. Then knead for 3 minutes/bread setting, transfer the dough and let it rise, covered, for 60 minutes. Lightly flour the surface and score with a knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °CO/U for 60 minutes. Remove the bread from the tin and let it cool on the wire rack.
