Red apple jelly

Rotes Apfelgelee - Wundermix GmbH

Ingredients:

  • 375 ml apple juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 l blackcurrant or cherry juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:1

Preparation:

Mix the apple juice with the red fruit juice and the preserving sugar in the blender jug for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Then cook for 9 min./100°C/speed setting 3 and pour immediately into hot rinsed jars.

Turn upside down and leave to cool.

Note:

A delicious variation prepared in the same way as the apple jelly!

Only with elderberry, blackberry, sloe or tomato juice.

You have to try it and you will be amazed at how delicious these variations are!
