Mild radish salad
Today I cut the radish into spaghetti shapes, you can also cut/plane thin sticks or slices.
Then salt generously,
After an hour, the salt water is poured off, cream is added over it and lots of chives.
This is how my father prepared it. The radish is very mild and digestible
