Very tasty & made in no time!
Ingredients:
- 300 g kiwis, peeled and weighed
- 200 g gooseberries, cleaned
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- juice of 1/2 orange
- 200 g gelling sugar 2:1
Preparation:
Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod, place the empty pod and the remaining ingredients in the blender jug and cook for 10 minutes/100°C/speed setting 2.
Then pour into hot rinsed twist-off jars and turn upside down.
