Chickpea canapés

INGREDIENTS
- Chickpeas cooked & well drained
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 g black olives
- salt
- pepper
- 15 Pumpernickel small, round
- 50 g sprouts (alfalfa, radish or mustard) + some to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the garlic and olives in the blender jug and chop for 3-4 seconds/speed setting 5 and decant.
Pour in the chickpeas and puree finely for 10 seconds/speed setting 6. Switch off, scrape down and puree again.
Add the garlic, olives and remaining ingredients and mix everything into a cream for 20 seconds/speed setting 4.
Pipe onto the pumpernickel using a piping bag (large nozzle). Garnish with sprouts if desired.
