Ingredients:
- 600 g broth
- 600 g potatoes, in bite-sized pieces
- 1-2 leeks cut into rings
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 100g cream
Preparation:
Add the broth and potatoes to the mixing bowl and cook for 10 minutes / 100° / LL / stirring gently.
Then add the leek rings, salt and pepper and cook again for 12-15 minutes / 100° / LL / stirring gently.
Finally, pour in the cream through the lid and mix for 1 min. / 90° / LL / speed 2.
