INGREDIENTS
- 80 - 100 g greens
- 20g butter
- 750g water
- 250g milk
- 30 g vegetable broth
- 1 dash of cream
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
First grind the green kernel for 20-30 seconds/speed 10. Then add the butter and mix for 2-3 mins/100°C/speed 1. Now add the remaining ingredients (except the egg) and cook for 9 mins/100°C/speed 2. Finally add the egg and cook again for 1 minute/90°C/speed 2.
