Curry goulash

Hello lovelies!

Today's recipe of the week is another great all-in-one dish.
As always, quickly made with the Thermomix®.

 Portions 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 700 g pork or lamb goulash
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 700 ml water
  • Rice or potatoes
  • vegetables
  • 1 tbsp stock powder or Paste®
  • 1-2 tbsp curry
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
  • 2 tbsp coffee cream
  • Pepper, salt & paprika to taste

 

APPLICATION:

Peel the onion, cut in half, place in the blender jug and shred for 3 seconds/speed setting 5.
Now pour in the water. Season the goulash with salt, pepper and paprika, then place in the Varoma® and place on the Thermomix® and place on top.
You can also cook rice or potatoes in the cooking basket or place vegetables in the insert.
Now place the Thermomix® to 40 min./Varoma®/speed setting 1.
Then remove the Varoma® and set aside.
Fill the cooking stock up to 250 ml, sprinkle in the stock powder, add the curry, cornflour, coffee cream, pepper, salt and paprika to taste and cook for a further 2 min./90°C/speed setting 2 to make a sauce.
