Today's recipe of the week is another great stew. Quickly made with the #Thermomix® Hearty, with cauliflower, leek, carrots and sausages. Fall is just around the corner.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 300 g cauliflower florets
- 40 g butter
- 50 g leek in rings
- 1000 g carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs
- 700 g water
- 200 g kohlrabi, diced
- 800 g raw potato, chopped
- 8 Vienna sausages or Mettwurst sausages
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the onion for 3 seconds/speed setting 6-7. Add the butter and sauté for 3 minutes/90°C/speed setting 1. Put the carrots, water and stock cube into the mixing bowl, put the potatoes, kohlrabi, cauliflower, leek and herbs into the Varoma and cook for 30 minutes/speed setting 1. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, place the sausages in the Varoma.
