Today we have another delicious superfood #recipe. Chia seeds are not only delicious in a smoothie or a smoothie bowl, but also simply mixed with yogurt and berries. Eaten for breakfast, they are not heavy on the stomach, but provide a pleasant feeling of satiety. We have long since integrated chia seeds as a superfood into our standard diet. INGREDIENTS
- 50 g fresh strawberries and raspberries (total quantity)
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Chia berry yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the berries and remove the green parts. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, use the other berries whole.
Put everything into the blender jug and mix with the chia seeds and yogurt for 20 seconds/speed setting 2. Pour into glasses and garnish with berries
