Today a great hearty recipe for 4 people.

Ingredients:
- 1000 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 250g basmati rice
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 turkey cutlets
- salt & pepper
- 2 eggs
- 60g grated parmesan
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1-2 tbsp oil
sauce
- 1 tin of peeled tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- a few dashes of Tabasco, (if you like it)
- ¼ tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 3 pinches of pepper
- ½ tsp basil
- 4 tbsp crème fraiche with herbs. (200 g tub)
Preparation:
Put the water and salt into the mixing bowl, insert the cooking basket and weigh in the rice. Close the mixing bowl and rinse the rice briefly with the Turbo. Place the Varoma® on top. Wash and dice the zucchinis. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Place the vegetables in the Varoma®, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes /Varoma®/speed setting 1. In the meantime, wash the turkey escalopes, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with the Parmesan in a deep plate. Dip the escalopes first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in the heated oil for approx. 5-10 minutes on both sides. Keep the escalopes warm. Set the Varoma® aside after the time has elapsed, keep the rice warm in a bowl and remove the water. Put the peeled tomatoes and their juice into the mixing bowl and puree for 3 seconds/speed setting 8. Add the tomato purée, Tabasco, sweet paprika, salt, sugar, pepper and basil and heat for 7 min./100°/speed setting 2. Add the crème fraîche and mix for 1 min. at 100°C/speed setting 2, then place the vegetables in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Serve the schnitzel.
