Today we're not serving lunch, but instead we have a #recipe for a very versatile spice that shouldn't be limited to its name. Our Bolognese spice adds a zest to dishes and sauces and can also be combined well with spice mixes.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 5 tbsp sweet paprika
- 5 tbsp dried onions
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 5 tsp hot paprika
- 5 tsp colored pepper
- 5 tsp oregano
- 5 tsp basil
- 5 tsp dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients into the blender jug and mix for 15 seconds/speed setting 10.
Transfer the finished spice to a spice jar or screw-top jar and store in a dark place.
