● 250 g risotto rice
● 1 large onion
● 100g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
● 25 ml virgin olive oil
● 150 ml dry white wine
● 1 liter of vegetable stock
● 50 g butter

Risotto from the Thermomix® Step by step

1. put the onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds at speed 5.
2. add the olive oil and sauté the onion at level 1 and 100 degrees for three minutes.
