Today we have another hearty #recipe on our food blog. The zucchini and cheese casserole from our "Casseroles" magazine is #Thermomix® in no time at all and tastes wonderfully hearty. Our recipe is suitable for 4 people and can be served as a main course or as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 750 g zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 1 MB cream
- Oregano
- salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the Emmental for 45 seconds/speed setting 10 and decant. Chop the zucchinis. Add the eggs, cream, oregano, salt, pepper and half the cheese and mix everything for 30 seconds/speed setting 2. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx. 30-35 mins. at 200°C fan oven.
